What is your cancellation policy?

We do not charge cancellation fees. We understand plans change and strive to remain flexible, asking only that you inform us promptly when possible.

Yes, absolutely. You can combine services like daycare, boarding, grooming, training, and pet photography to create a customized experience that fits your pet’s needs and schedule.

How do I make an appointment?

Appointments can be made online on our website or by calling 818-497-3626.

Do I need to have a temperament test?

Yes, a temperament evaluation is required to ensure the safety, compatibility, and overall positive experience of all dogs participating in group activities. We will begin with an initial phone assessment, during which you’ll be asked a series of questions—for example, whether your dog has ever been to a dog park, attended daycare, or been boarded before. Based on your responses, we will determine if an in-person assessment is necessary.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, zelle, venmo and cash payments for your convenience. Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise discussed prior.

Do you separate by sizes and personality?

Yes, dogs are carefully grouped by size, temperament, and play style to ensure safe, calm, and enjoyable interactions throughout the day, all under staff supervision. When appropriate and compatible, dogs may also be mixed to help build their confidence and encourage positive socialization.
