Frequently Asked Questions

  • Walk-ins are welcome for daycare and boarding, but we STRONGLY RECOMMEND making arrangements before coming to avoid delays. For grooming, an appointment is required.

  • All dogs must be current on Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper/Parvo (DHPP) vaccinations.

  • Bring your dog’s food, any medications, and favorite comfort items like a blanket or toy.

  • Absolutely! We’d love to show you around. Please contact us to schedule a tour. You can also tour the facility virtually on our website.

  • You can book through our website, by phone, or directly through our Google Business booking link. All the information you need are listed at the bottom of this site.

  • Yes, all new dogs must complete a temperament evaluation before attending daycare or boarding. This is a free evaluation; most first-time pawrents come 20 minutes early for their first time for the evaluation, and upon completion, they will be admitted.

  • Yes! We send photos and videos, and are happy to provide updates via text or phone.

  • Yes, trained staff members supervise all dogs during play, rest, and grooming.
